She holds a master degree (with honors) in Communication
Sciences from the University of Brussels and followed
a postgraduate in International Business (magna cum laude)
at Vlekho Business School of Brussels.
Her thesis brought a new perspective on the influence socio-cultural
organizations have on television news for youth.
As a student Ellen expatriated 1 year to Queensland, Australia.
She also expatriated for 6 months to study at the university
of Madrid, Spain.
During an internship in 2001 at XENA Intercultural Management
(now YEO Management) she developed the country specific
workshop: "Living in the Netherlands".
Ellen's professional life started early 2002 as a partner
and consultant with YEO Management. She manages YEO's
marketing activities, the delivery and the business development
for expatriate workshops.
Ellen's interests and experiences as a junior consultant
are mainly in Intercultural Management and People
Management.
